DMV Services in Las Vegas, Nevada

We are a third-party service that aides our clientele in facilitating services through the Nevada DMV.

We provide service for Out of State Dealers selling to Nevada residents which includes Titles, Registration, Tax and making sure the Lienholder is placed on the title.

Vehicle Registration & Renewal

Registering new/used vehicles in Nevada. We assist our clients in ensuring they were given all the paperwork they’re required to be given by dealerships they have purchased from. Many dealerships here in Las Vegas refer their clients directly to us after they purchase so they can register.

Mechanics Liens

Car fixed, the customer won’t pay, car in the way, then Lien it today. We provide clerical and information verifying services to complete lien packages for sale at auction.

Vehicle Title Correction and Transfer

Title creation and transfer for new buyers. We also can assist in correcting titles that were printed inaccurately.

Duplicate Title Application

If a client has lost a title in their name, we can assist them in applying for a duplicate title.

VIN Inspection Certificate

In order to register a vehicle coming from out of state, or with an out of state title, a VIN inspection is necessary. We charge $20 to do these.

Specialized/Personalized plate orders

If a client would like a personal or vanity plate, we are able to order them at the same time we submit for title and registration. Doing it through this process is easier to complete rather than having clients order the plate prior to coming to us.

Handicap plate/placard orders

We assist in applying for handicap plates and placards as well. A signed SP-27 by the customer’s PCP is required for this.

Affidavits

We can prepare erasure affidavits, one & the same, SPOA & POA forms, NV live insurance forms, and a plethora of other controlled or notarized documents.

Most of our services are things that the general public is not familiar with. Many of the deals we receive are things that were too complicated or convoluted for another individual or company to work with. We are able to oftentimes bridge the gap between the public and the DMV. We assist our clients in completing most required documents that the DMV needs to obtain title and registration or any other service the customer may need.

We started in 1998 as Bittner Enterprises, as a Mechanical Lien company.
We provided clerical support to businesses until 2003 when we expanded operations and became B & L DMV Services LLC. After a bad bought with the DMV, Chuck and Dee decided to become a concierge service that assisted clientele in the registration and title of their vehicles who had similar issues previously. After more than 25 years of business, we have seen a thing or two. Many of our clients came to us after being told there was nothing else they could do and that registering or obtaining a title was a long shot.

Can you assist with Driver's Licensing or Identification cards?

We are not authorized to assist with Driver’s licenses or identification cards as they are controlled by the Department of Homeland Security. Only the Department of Motor Vehicles may assist with those services.

How long does the process take?

Although our goal is to complete services in a timely manner, the time frames we give for our services are truly dependant on how quickly the Clerks at the DMV process the paperwork we submit. The DMV does not allow us to make promises on their behalf for how long it may take to complete a service.

Are estimates given over the phone?

while our service fees are available to be quoted over the phone, we aren’t able to give estimates for the cost of the registration itself. The information on the title or purchase documents is the information needed to be used to determine an estimated total cost.

Do you assist in the transfer of title?

We do assist in the transfer of title. Customers may bring their vehicle and title along with the buyer and receive our assistance in transferring the title to the new buyer, and even helping the new buyer complete the title in their name. We can assist in removing lien holders, transferring from out of state, transferring ownership, and many other types of title transfers.

What do I need to bring to register?

You will need the Title/EDRS/purchase docs/ current registration card for the vehicle.
An NV insurance card, under the name of the person it will be registered to.
A passing NV smog certificate on vehicles over 2 years old, valid for 90 days.
Out of state Vehicles also require a VIN inspection, which can be done at our office for $15.
