We started in 1998 as Bittner Enterprises, as a Mechanic’s Lien company. We provided clerical support to businesses and in 2003 we expanded operations and became B & L DMV Services LLC. After a bad bout with the DMV, Chuck and Dee decided to become a concierge service that assisted clientele in the registration and title of their vehicles who had similar issues previously. After more than 25 years of business, we have seen a thing or two. Many of our clients came to us after being told there was nothing else they could do and that registering or obtaining a title was a long shot.

After more than 25 years of business, we have seen a thing or two. Many of our clients came to us after being told there was nothing else they could do and that registering or obtaining a title was a long shot.
We are a Third Party Service that submits Transactions at the Nevada DMV for our clients.
We can also assist services like ours from other states if they have a customer who needs help registering here in Nevada. We are able to also send clients their way and have a small network of companies that we partner with often.
